1.) All participants are required to book their seats online, including selecting return times that align with the hotel where you will be staying during the event. If you are booking for a group of more than three people, please provide a list of names and contact numbers. This is important in case any member of the group needs to depart at a different time from the venue or hotel. Providing this information ensures that everyone in your group receives the service they have paid for.

2.) A driver will be assigned to you 7 days prior to your pickup window, allowing time to accommodate any requests or reschedule your pickup if needed. If you have booked multiple seats and all passengers are changing their pickup time, please use your booking email notification to make these adjustments. Vans will be numbered according to your drop-off destination, and the vehicle details, including description and license plate information, will be provided.

3.) When rescheduling your pickup time from the hotel or venue, please do so at least 3 hours in advance. It is crucial to make any changes early due to the high volume of requests, limited vehicle availability, and show schedules. We encourage you to review the event lineup carefully before finalizing your arrangements. Please confirm your pickup times online no later than two weeks before the event.
